AN IMMIGRANT’S COMPLAINT

Sir;—l have been in New Zealand now six years, but I will not say it is “God’s own Country,” as the number of true Christians are well, down in New Zealand. My health has not been the best the last two years, but nobody cares to help you find a decent position, which would suit. Big bosses are too mean to help and leave it to the foreman. If your ways are as his are, and he likes ypu, it is okay. Give me a decent boss and I will work anywhere, not with cheap drunks and horse cranks. Why not talk general topics like other countries. —Yours, etc., LET’S BE UNDERSTANDING. March 25, 1954.
