Party.—Members of the
Justice Department held their annual Christmas party at the home of the superintendent of the Paparua Prison (Mr R. Pearson) on Saturday. Father Christmas arrived on a horse-drawn sled and distributed presents to the 85 children from a Christmas tree, and the children then enjoyed ice cream, jelly, and sweets.
