N.Z. PILOTS UNHURT IN CRASH
LONDON, December 1. An Australian woman pilot and two New Zealand pilots escaped uninjured today when a twin-engined Rapide aircraft in which they planned to fly to Australia next week crashed on landing at Croydon airport. The flight has been postponed indefinitely until the extent of the damage is known. The woman is Miss Dorothy Herbert. daughter of Mr and Mrs H. W. Herbert, of Brisbane. The men are Messrs Bloomfield and Peter Huie, both of Gisborne.
