CHAMPION N.Z. FOUR IN SYDNEY FAST-STROKING PRACTICE ON PARRAMATTA (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) _ SYDNEY, November 30. New Zealand’s champion four, which practised on the Parramatta river yesterday, is the fastest stroking crew to visit Sydney. It did not row at less than 29 strokes a minute during its three practice rows. This- is only three strokes a minute slower than the average racing rate for Sydney crews. The New Zealand sculling champion, Don Rowlands, trained with Mervyn Wood.
