THE ARRIVAL OF FATHER CHRISTMAS AT D.I.C.—A section of the enthusiastic crowd of children and adults that swarmed on to Cashel street to give Father Christmas a rousing welcome when he arrived yesterday at the D.I.C. to open Pixie Land. Father Christmas will be in Pixie Land until Christmas Eve to receive all his little friends, and hear their requests for Christmas Gifts. Admission is FREE. Father Christmas wants every little girl and boy to see PIXIE TOWN—because this Pixie Town is brand new. It has been built especially for the Royal occasion—admission. Adults 1/3 and Children 9d. Hours for Father Christmas and Pixie Town—Monday to Thursday, 9.30 a.m. to 5 pm Friday, 9.30 am. to 8.45 p.m. Note ... Father Christmas will be absent between 12.30 and 1.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday—also Friday evening between 5.30 and 6.30 p.m. Advt.
