REGALIA USED IN CORONATION

Replicas Being Sent To N.Z. LONDON, November 4. The “Evening News” says that the Parliamentary robe bf Crimson velvet, edged with ermine, which the Queen wore at the State opening of Parliament yesterday, is being packed for dispatch by air to New Zealand in a few days. It will form one of the principal items in /the Coronation exhibition of 35 pieces which will be shown in New Zealand and Australia in the next nine months. Other exhibits, including replicas of, St. Edward’s Crown, the Imperial State Crown, the Orb, the State Swords, and other ornaments of the Royal regalia, have already been, sent by sea, and should arrive ip Wellington at the end of this week.

These are. replicas made for use al the rehearsals before the Coronation.
