Members of the Christchurch North Townswomen’s Guild agreed at their recent meeting to give £5 to the leper fund. Circle Reports were given by Mesdames Bellamy, Arnold, and Lake. Members were asked to bring articles for Christmas parcels for the aged to the next meeting. Reports were given by delegates* who attended the annual council meeting of the Dominion Federation of Townswomen’s Guilds, in Wanganui last month. Items were presented by. the guild’s choir, and a competition was won by Mrs Boyd.
