TRAINEES’ FINAL TESTS AT WEEK-END Territorial soldiers and non-commis-sioned officers, who were recently selected to train for commissions, will undergo their tests for appointment at Bumham, Godley Head, and Addington this week-end. About 42 officer trainees from all parts of the South Island will attend the camps. The first day’s programme will consist of practical tests in subjects common to all corps, such as map reading, weapon training and field craft Tests on the second day will cover subjects studied in the trainees’ respective arms of the service.
