MR HOLLAND’S COMMENT
(From Our •Parliamentary Reporter) - WELLINGTON, September 16. “It would appear that our application for a loan from the ExportImport Bank is likely to be granted, but I cannot understand the apparent conditions mentioned in the cable message,” said the Prime Minister, Mr Holland, when the report about the loan was referred to him in Wellington tonight. Mr Holland declined to comment on New Zealand’s application for the loan, or on the purposes to which it would be put until he had received official advice from the United States.,
