PRESENTATION OF BUDGET

(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 21. “Oh yes, absolutely certain,” replied the Prime Minister (Mr Holland) this afternoon when asked by the Leader of the Opposition (Mr W. Mr Nash is expected to open the Budget debate on the evening of Tuesday week.
