Take Over New Interests In New Zealand
. Recently Remington Rand Inc., New York, acquired the entire interests of Business Machines N.Z. Ltd., one of the leading Business Machine Houses m this country. This New Company—Remington Rand (N.Z.) Ltd.—with its head office in Wellington is now a consolidated subsidiary of Remington Rand Inc., New York.
At a recent meeting of the newly constituted Board of Directors, Mr Alfred B. Oliver, who was previously General Manager of Business Machines N.Z., Ltd., was appointed Managing Director of the New Company with complete control of its activities. Mr Oliver has had over 34 years of experience in the industry in New Zealand and has been directly, associated with Remington Rand Products for over 20 years. Mr A. J. O’Cain, Branch Manager of Business Machines N.Z., Ltd., Christchurch, with his executives and staff has been appointed to a similar position in the New Company. This is Remington Rand ...
