Christchurch Town Planning.— The opinion that Christchurch’s town planning was being carried out for the benefit of Cathedral square rather than for the residents within the green belt was expressed by the chairman of the Hals well County Council (Mr J. Mackenzie) at a meeting of the council yesterday. This opinion was being shared by growing numbers, Mr Mackenzie said.
