Steamed Marmalade Pudding is simply delicious and needs only one egg4ozs grated breadcrumbs, 4ozs castor sugar, 2 good tablespoons marmalade. 1 egg, 4ozs chopped suet, “Cathedral Brand” Essence of Orange. Mix breadcrumbs. suet, castor sugar and milk with egg, marmalade and a few drops of “Cathedral Brand” Essence of Orange. Steam 2} hours in a wellgreased basin covered with a greased paper.
