NAME OF MOUNT EVEREST
CHANGE PROPOSED BIRATNAGUR (Nepal), July 12. The general council of Nepal’s National Democratic (ruling) Partv has recommended the renaming of Mount Everest as “Tensing Peak." . Mr M. P. Koirale, the Prime Minister of Nepal, moved the resolution at the council meeting, and it was passed unanimously.
