An official spokesman at the conclusion of the threehour conference of the three Foreign Ministers said the Ministers had spent most of their time discussing the latest th « ® oviet Union and the situation in the i° Unt »! e j ° f Central and Eastern Europe. He said the Ministers had reached two conclusions:
policies of the Western Powers in recent had now proved themselves to be justified because of the development of unrest in the Soviet bloc
