BODY FOUND AT RONGOTAI
IDENTITY ESTABLISHED
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 11.
A body found by the Fire Brigade in the charred ruins of a hut at Rongotai last night has been identified as that of Misi James Yandall, aged about 25, a Samoan. Mr Yandall, who occupied the hut with his wife, had been in New Zealand for about three years. A householder near the Rongotai aerodrome saw the hut blazing about 10 p.m. and called the brigade. Three machines arrived, and the fire was quickly extinguished. When the body was discovered, the Central Police Station was telephoned and detectives and a police photographer were soon on the scene. A post-mortem examination was made this morning.
