DRUNKENNESS Francis O’Neill, aged 29, a forest worker, a third offender, was fined £2 for having been found drunk in Moorhouse avenue on July 11. (Before Mr L. A. Marriott, J.P.) Vincent Stewart Goulding, aged 62, a former publican, and Francis Kane, aged 56, a labourer, were remanded until today on charges of carrying on the business of bookmaking. Each was allowed bail in the sum of £lOO and one surety of £lOO.
