FIVE BABIES’ SKELETONS

WORKERS’ DISCOVERY IN HARWICH (Rec. 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 10. The skeletons of five very young babies have been discovered in a dockside house at Harwich, a south-east England port. Workers repairing damage by this winter’s floods discovered the first two skeletons, then the police moved in and found three more. One of the skeletons was wrapped in a coat, and another was sewn in a piece of canvas. A special team of detectives has descended on the neighbourhood to make inquiries from door to door.
