REARMING “WHEN WE CAN AFFORD IT”

He said that the country should •tart a rearmament programme as •oon as she could afford it. The Director-General of Japan’s National Safety Board (Mr Tokutaro Kimura) said it would cost Japan ■bout £2,000,000,000.
