“SERIOUS TEST OF U.S. SINCERITY” (Rec. SEOUL, June 19. Peking Radio said today: “All the world is watching clpsely how the American side will dispose of Dr. Rhee’s action in releasing prisoners of war, and it will be a serious test of the sincerity of the American side in the Korean armistice negotiations. “The real purpose of Dr. Rhee was to compel the prisoners to be organised Into his puppet forces, and many facts can prove that the American side cannot evade responsibility for this grave incident.”
