U.S. TEAM WINS FIRST MATCH
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) CANBERRA, May 27. In the first game of their Australian tour, the American Rugby League team today defeated New South Wales Southern Districts 34-25. The Americans made a thrilling recovery. They were down 8-20 at halftime. They pleased the crowd with the novelty of their methods.
