They added that Egyptian political circles called the speech undiplomatic.
Ismailia Out of Bounds Ismallia, chief town in lhe Suez Canal Zone, was declared out of bounds to British troops tonight, a British military spokesman announced. Four British destroyers of the Mediterranean Fleet have postponed a visit to the Jugoslavia port, of Boka Kotorska, the official Jugoslav news agency Tanjug reported today. They are the Chequers^the Cheviot, the Chevron, and the Chieftain. Tanjug stated that the British in Belgrade told the Mayor of Boka Kotorska that the destroyers’ visit was postponed because of the "operative needs of their command.” British newspaper reports stated today that the Chieftain had arrived at Suez, and it is understood that the other three destroyers are making for Port Said.
