SPENDING ALLOWANCE
Sir—l believe that in some brewerynad hotels in the city the managemt is granted a spending allowance , the brewery to be used in treattile customers. If so, may I suggest he owners that the allowance would » more goodwill if spent by the inert because in some cases the old regulars pay for all they get, nle the manager uses the allowance treat a small group of personal ends’to free drinks and forgets the ek and file completely.—Yours, etc., NEW TEETH. gay 12, 1953. _
