SMALL ACCOUNTS ? MODIFIED A modification of the new retail tariff in favour of small domestic consumers has been agreed to by the , electricity committee of the Cite Council. Subject to the minimum charge, the average price a unit Wt.rl be limited for small accounts. Atpu the consumption rises, the average 1 price falls. ; Modifications for Small consumptions . incorporated in the scale of charges are:—Scale A.—The average price for ths * first 100 units should not exceed 2d a unit Scale B.—The average price for the first 80 units shall not exceed 2d a ’ unit and that the average price w ? the next 220 units shall not exceed ,M a unit Scale C.—The average price for the ■>' first 80 units shall not exceed 2d a unit and the average price for ? next 670 units shall not exceed a unit _____ .
