Little River Social Club.—A credit balance of £4l 14s 9d was shown in the financial statement presented to the annual meeting of the Little River Social and Recreation Club recently. Officers were elected as follows: president. Mr W. G’. Lewthwaite; secretarytreasurer, Mr K. McKay; club captain, Mr W. Bryht; vice-captain, Mr B. Newton; committee, Misses B. Murray, B. Wealleans, Mrs F. Hume, and Messrs A. Vaughan, J. Mould, A. Leslie and M. Newton. Opening day was fixed lor April 22.
