OPTIMISTS’ CLUB’S OFFICERS
The annual meeting of the Christchurch Young Men’s Christian Association’s Optimists’ Club was held on Thursday. The following officers were elected: president, Mr I. M._ Collingwood; vice-president. Mr G. D. Innes; secretary, Mr A. McCormack; hon. treasurer, Mr H. Ballan; recorder. Mr D. L. Gibson, sheriff, Mr R. W. Sharp; song leader, Mr J. S. Boughen; pianist, Mr N. Searell; padre, the Rev. C. Tanner; committee, Messrs E. L. Cordery, A. Laban, G. D. Scott, F. L. P. Sharp, and C. H. Stockbridge.
