CLOUDS OF BUBBLES ON RIVER.—On quiet stretches of the rivers Adur and Arun in Sussex, masses of white foam have been seen twice recently. So far the mystery of the phenomenon has not been solved. The picture shows clouds of bubbles at Wyndham Lock gates.
