TUESDAY (Before Mr F. F. Reid, S.M.) REMANDED Roy Everette Tullett, aged 34, a truck driver, appeared on a charge of receiving a wrist watch, valued at £4 2s 3d, the property of Cyril Leslie Christiansen, at Christchurch, on October 18, knowing it to have been dishonestly obtained. He was remanded to appear on October 30. Royston Dean Samuel Sutton, aged 34, a truck driver, appeared on a charge of receiving a wrist watch, valued at £7, the property of Cyril Leslie Christiansen, at Christchurch, on October 17, knowing it to have been dishonestly obtained. Mervyn Lester Ramage, aged 21, a labourer and cook, pleaded guilty to a charge of committing a breach of the terms of his release on probation by failing to report as directed at Invercargill on March 10. He was sentenced to one month’s imprisonment with hard labour. TRAFFIC BREACHES
