BALLERINA LEFT BEHlND.—Svetlana Beriosova, a daughter of a Russian ballet director, was left behind as a precautionary measure when Sadler’s Wells Ballet flew to West Berlin recently to take part in an international festival. Miss Beriosova was recently promoted from the Sadler’s Wells Theatre Ballet to the senior company. Another Russian-born member of Sadler’s Wells, Violetta Elvin, who is the wife of a British diplomat, was also left behind.
