ARE OPOSSUMS EDIBLE
Sir,—Lewis Nordyke wrote an article about the opossum (printed in America) and about the grizzled, greyish variety. He writes that roasted opossum is popular in the South, especially among negroes. Are not the opossums in New Zealand brown?—Yours, etc., WHERE DID THEY COME FROM? August 30, 1952.
