MacKENZIE. 1 2954 PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCILAMENDMENT TO BUILDING BY-lAW NOTICE is hereby given that In exercise of th« powers conferred on it by the Counties Act, 1920. the Health Act, 181®. and- amendments thereto, the Pauarua a Sj>ecial Meeting held on Monday. August 11, 1952, passed a resolution by way of Special Order to make a ■ by-law to be known as "The Paparua County By-law No. 5, 1952," to revoke the scale of Building Fees as set out in Section 85 of the Paparua County By-law No. 3, 1947, and to substitute therefor the scale of Building Fees in the Second Schedule to the N.Z. Standard Code of Building By-laws, Parts 1-4. A full copy of this By-law is deposited at the County Offices, Sockbum, and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until the Bth day of September. 1952.
