Outlook for Tuesday: becoming generally cloudy, drizzle in the south. CHRISTCHURCH WEATHER The weather in Christchurch yesterday was fine and sunny with a light northeast wind. At midnight the sky was clear and there was no wind. The temperature was 39.1 degrees and the barometer, at 30.201 inches (1022.7 millibars), was rising steadily.
