11 a.m.—Hack and Hunters’ Steeples: Incision, Sir Royal, Spoil Sport. 11.45 a.m.—Trial Plate: Calgary, Eastern Glory. Probatlonal. 12.30 p.m.—Suburban Hack Hurdles: Mink, Royal Spur, Gay Spion. 1.15 p.m.—Connolly Handicap: First Over, Belle Lock, Berne.
2 p.m.— Wanganui Steeples: Gay Roue.i. Bandmaster. Master Patrick. 2.50 p.m.—Empire Handicap: Solent, Oslo, Check. 3.40 p.m.—River Hack Handicap: Hoeroa, Miss New Zealand, Beau Chief. 4.30 p.m.—Borough Handicap: The Wake, Admiral Derision, Isisford.
