A spokesman said that the West German Government is strongly opposed to any suggestion of a Four p owe r discussion on Germany by the Western High Commissioners and the Soviet Commander-in-chief in Berlin. He declared that any attempt to settle the problem of German reunification m a discussion to which Dr. Adenauer’s representatives were not invited would be taken as an insult.
