OSLO. February 13. Mr Otto Mayer, chancellor of the International Olympic Committee, said to-dav that there was no chance of Communist China being accepted into the committee. Earlier it had been reported that Communist China ha<r decided to compete in the Helsinki Games this year and was sending a representative to the International Olympic Committee congress now being held in Oslo. Mr Mayer said that there was already one Chinese Olympic Committee recognised.
