GOVERNOR-GENERAL ATTENDS (New Zealand Preu AsMciatton) WELLINGTON, February 10. The Governor-General (Lord Frey-, berg), Lady Freyberg, .the ActingPrime Minister (Mr K. J. Holyoake), members of the Cabinet and the diplomatic corps wore among those who attended a memorial service for King George VI in $t Paul’s pro-Cathedral, Wellington, this morning. The service was conducted by the Dean (the very Rev.TLJ. Davies). The lesson was read by Lord Freyberg. The sermon was preached by the Bishop of Wellington (the Rt. Rev. R. H. Owen). The Army was represented by the Chief of the General Staff (MajorGeneral K. L. Stewart), the Navy by Commodore F. A. Ballance, and the AilForce by Air Commodore S. Wallingford.
