(Rec. 7 p.m.) PARIS, January 25. A secret inner Cabinet meeting today discussed the situation in Tunisia, ft is reported that it was agreed that negotiations with responsible Tunisian authorities could not be reopened until the Tunisian complaint to the Security Council was Withdrawn. The Vice-Premier and Minister of Defence (Mr Georges Bidault) said that as long as Frenchmen were being murdered thje necessary measures would be taken. z
