BASIC AGREEMENT REACHED PRICE SCHEDULE MAY BE RELEASED SOON (New tealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, Jah. 25. The Minister of Agriculture (Mr K. J. Holyoake) said to-night that a basic agreement had been reached between the parties at the ffiebt price United t JUhgd n ° W proceedinfi in the Mr Holyoake said he expected an early release of the new price schedule. Although there had been a basic agreement on the percentage increases to be paid, some minor details remained to be worked out. This Morhihg, Mr Holyoake reported oh the progress in the negotiations to a Government caucus ih Wellington.
