STATE EXAMINATION FOR MIDWIVES
CHRISTCHURCH PASSES (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, January 25. The leading Candidate in the Dominion in the State examination for midwives held in December was Frances Mary Juliet Loughnan, who trained at St. Helens Hospital, Christchurch. The following passes and partial passes from St. Helens Hospital, Christchurch, have been announced by the Nurses’ and Midwives’ Board:— Passes: Ives. Hilda Mary; Kelly, Ida Agnes: Lees, Elizabeth Anne; Loughnan, Frances Mary Juliet (honours); Reilly, Joyce Alice; Russ, Jessie Leila, Partial Passes: Colins, Mavis. Lillian: Win, Zola Humphreys.
