The totalisator handled £185,481 10s, including £25,524 10s on the doubles machine, an increase of £23,301 10a on last year’s turnover. The apprentice, P. K. LORD’S NOT TO RACE AT TRENTHAM
Lord's will not be taken north to race at the Wellington Racing Club’s summer meeting. He was an acceptor for the i’enoarrow Hack Handicap on the first dav of the meeting. J. C. Tomkinson'* pair, Coral Arc and Declare, went north on Saturday night.
