Alleged Murderer Commits Suicide. —Morris Tozzi, aged 40, an insurance agent, committed suicide yesterday while police sought him on murder and arson charges. The police alleged that Tozzi set fire to his home, killing his daughter and injuring his wife and son. His body was found hanging from a beam in the cellar of a nearby apartment—New York. September 27.
