(Rec. 8 p.m.) SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 16. The Australian. Frank Sedgman. won • the Pacific south-west tennis singles championshin at Los Angeles to-day by beating Tony Trabert in the final, 6-3. 6-3, 2-6, 6-4. in the quarter-finals, Sedgman beat Art Larsen, and in the semi-finals he defeated Herb Flam, both in five-set matches. Sedgman has now won the Pacific south-west championship two years in succession. He beat Ted Schroeder in the final last year.
