N.Z, GUNNERS IN ACCIDENT

KURE, September 7. Two K Force soldiers were recovering in a Tokyo hospital to-day from injuries received in a vehicle accident while they were on five days leave. The two men. both members of the 16th New Zealand Field Regiment, are Gunner w. C. Taylor, aged 26, of Dunedin, reported to have sustained a suspected fracture of the spine and internal injuries, and Staff-Sergeaht W. H. Fazakerley, aged 31, of Hamilton, whose injuries are minor. Taylor and Fatakeriev were passengers aboard a b|it bound for the Tokyo Army HOSP It is the second time Staff-Sergeant Stazakerlev has been in hospital since oihing K Force. In May he suffered concussion and minor shrapnel wounds when his BcWt truck hit a mine north of Seoul.
