"The Press" Special Service WELLINGTON, September 10. The weather forecast for Canterbury Issued at 9 p.m. by the Meteorological Office. Wellington, and dealing with the 37 hours after the time of issue, is:— Situation: a ridge of Meh pressure is across New Zealand, and a series of low-pressore troughs is passtag to the south. Forecast: light to moderate variable winds; weather mainly fair, with moderate temperatures. Outlook: mainly fair.

WEST COAST The forecast for the West Coast of the South Island is:— Cloudy; scattered rain.

CHRISTCHURCH WEATHER
