The following officers were elected at the annual meeting of the New Brighton Cricket Club:—patron, Mr J. Mathison; president. Mr J. G. Hay; vice-presi-dents, 16 were elected; club captain, Mr W. Armstrong; secretary-treasurer, Mr G. Moore; committee, Messrs R. Reynolds, I. Lee, V. Buxton, B. Kelly, E. Marriott. L Kilroy, P. SulUvan, T. Reml, H. Foster; custodian, Mr T. Remi; delegates to Suburban Cricket Association, Messrs Reynolds. Buxton, and Foster; selectors for opening match, Messrs W. Armstrong, Moore, and Reynolds: honorary auditor,’ Mr Arnott The opening day will be: October 6.
