WIN FOR CARY MIDDLECOFF

(Rec. 9 p.m.) NEW yORK. August 5. Cary Middlecoft, with an aggregate of 274 for 72 holes, won the "AllAmerican” golf tournament at Chicago to-day, Fred Hawkins, with a brilliant final round of 66, finished second with a total of 275. Ted Kroll (279) was third, followed by Skee Riegel (380). fourth, Norman von Nida shared fifth place with Jimmv Demaret at 282. Peter Thomson finished with 298.
