(Before Mr Raymond Ferner. S.M,) CLAIM FOR POSSESSION An order for possession forthwith was given in a claim by the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand (Mr E. L. Tate) for possession of a dwelling house at 61 Sherborne street from Harold Claude Brico, on the grounds of nonpayment of rent. Judgment for the sum of £23 12s, the amount of rent owing, was given.
(Before Mr Rex. C. Abernethy, S.M.) An order for possession on or before July 3. 1951, was given in a claim oy Robert Stead, an engineer (Mr E. M. Hay) for possession of a dwelling house ano premises at 110 Wordsworth street, from Allen Marson Kendrew, a steel moulder (Mr E. B. E. Taylor).
