Red Cross yesterday sent a message to the International Red Cross charging the Americans in Korea with using captured Chinese “volunteers” as “guinea pigs” in experimenting with bacteriological weapons. The New China News Agency said the experiment took place at Wonsan, in Eastern Korea.
