MAN MISSING NEAR SHANNON

SEARCH TO CONTINUE IN HILLS (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON,-April 16. Search parties which have worked from daylight till dark returned to Shannon at 7 p.m. without having found any trace of Mr William White, aged 63, of Raumati South, who has been missing in the hills in the Shannon district since Saturday afternoon. The search will be resumed at 8 a.m. to-morrow, when 25 men from Palmerston North will join the parties that combed the hills to-day.
