FLOOD LIGHTING

Sir, —I notice most of the centennial decorations and lighting are being dismantled. This of course is to be expected, with one exception. I have discussed the matter of the flood lighting with many people and they all agree with me that they would like to see this lighting made a permanent fixture. The amount of power consumed would not make much difference to the city’s load.—Yours, etc., HERE’S HOPING. April 6, 1951.
